These Terms govern your use of GroveHub, operated by CircleRootTech LLC (“GroveHub,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you're accepting on behalf of an HOA or property-management company, you represent that you're authorized to do so.
Don't use GroveHub to: break the law; harass, defame, or threaten others; upload malware; attempt to gain unauthorized access; scrape or overload the service; misrepresent your role or authority; or use another community's data without permission. We may suspend accounts that do.
You keep ownership of the content you and your community put into GroveHub. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service. You're responsible for having the rights to what you upload and for how your community uses residents' information, consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Online dues payments are processed by Stripe. When your HOA enables payments, it creates its own Stripe account, and resident payments are deposited directly into that account. GroveHub does not take a percentage of dues and does not hold or move your funds. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's own terms. Disputes about a specific charge are between the resident, the HOA, and Stripe; refunds are issued by the HOA. Bank (ACH) payments may take several business days to settle.
GroveHub sends operational notifications (e.g. a reply to your request, a dues reminder). You can adjust most notification categories in your settings. Some essential account and security messages can't be turned off while your account is active.
We work to keep GroveHub available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce core functionality.
You may stop using GroveHub and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) continue to apply. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to data.
GroveHub is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. GroveHub is a tool for community administration; it is not legal, financial, or governance advice, and it does not replace your association's governing documents or applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GroveHub and CircleRootTech LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for GroveHub in the 12 months before the claim (or USD $100 if you paid nothing).
You agree to indemnify GroveHub against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We'll post updates here and change the date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
