The HOA platform your whole neighborhood can actually use.
GroveHub keeps residents, boards, and property managers on the same page — dues, requests, approvals, and announcements, on the phone or the web.
Free for residents. Boards and management companies pay per home.
Everyone sees the part that’s theirs.
The same community, the same data — shown the way each person needs it.
Everything in one place
Pay dues, file a maintenance ticket or an architectural request, RSVP to the meeting, read announcements, and see exactly where each of your requests stands.
Run it without the binder
Post announcements, review requests, issue and resolve rule notices, collect dues online, and manage members — from your phone or a full web dashboard.
Every community, one portfolio
Link each association you manage. See collection rates and open items across all of them, then drop into any one with full board access.
Built for the people who actually live there.
Built to be read
Large type, high contrast, plain language. The neighbors who show up to meetings can use it too — no training required.
Nothing buried
Every maintenance ticket, architectural request, and rule notice carries its full history — who did what, and when. Residents and boards see the same trail.
Dues go straight to your HOA
Residents pay by card or bank transfer. The money lands in your association’s own account — GroveHub never holds it, and takes no cut of a payment.
One system, every device
The phone app and the web dashboard share the same data in real time. No exports, no reconciling two lists.
Manage every association from one portfolio.
Link the communities you manage into a single view: dues collection, open requests, and pending approvals across all of them. Drop into any one community with full board access — no separate logins, no spreadsheet of spreadsheets. Invite your staff and give them the same reach.

Is it really free for residents?
Yes. Residents never pay to use GroveHub. The HOA board — or the property-management company that runs the HOA — pays a subscription, typically billed per home.
How do dues payments work?
Your HOA connects its own Stripe account, and residents pay by card or bank transfer. The money is deposited straight into your association’s bank account. GroveHub never holds your funds and takes no percentage of a payment. You can also set per-home amounts, send reminders, and let residents turn on autopay.
What about residents who don’t use apps?
Everything works in a normal web browser at a plain address — no app store, no install. The pages are built large-type, high-contrast, and in plain language, so the neighbors who show up to meetings can use it too.
Do we have to switch everything at once?
No. Most communities start with announcements and dues, then add maintenance requests, architectural review, and rule notices as they go. Your existing documents can be linked or uploaded whenever you’re ready.
We use a property manager. Can they run it?
Yes — that’s built in. A management company links each HOA it serves into one portfolio, sees collection and open items across all of them, and drops into any single community with full board access. Staff can be invited with the same reach.
Who can see what?
Residents see community-wide content and their own private items — their tickets, requests, and notices. Board members and a linked property manager see the operational data needed to run the community. Every maintenance ticket, architectural request, and rule notice carries a full history both sides can read.
