Before you write, a few quick answers
Forgot your password? On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and follow the reset email.
Don't have a join code? Your HOA board sends it. Ask a board member, or email us and we'll help you reach them.
Dues payment question? Payments are processed by Stripe and go straight to your HOA. Receipts come from Stripe by email. For a refund or a billing dispute, contact your board.
Not getting notifications? Check Account → What you're notified about in the app, and make sure notifications are enabled for GroveHub in your phone's Settings.
On a board or managing multiple HOAs? The full dashboard is at app.grovehub.io.

Account deletion
